Herşey Yolunda is a family app built around a daily “I'm OK” habit. This notice explains which data is processed and why.
Data is used for the daily check-in, sharing with people you authorize, personal reminders and notification delivery when available, account and session security, and abuse prevention. There is no advertising or tracking SDK and no access to location, health sensors, camera, microphone or contacts. A check-in is created only by your intentional action; the app's normal network requests can occur at other times.
People you authorize see the daily updates and history you choose to share. An invitation recipient sees the display name the inviter chose. You can revoke sharing at any time. Service providers: Render (API hosting), Supabase (Postgres database) and Apple (App Store payments and push delivery when configured).
Connections are made over HTTPS and session credentials are kept in your device's Keychain.
Check-in history is subject to a 30-day cleanup; expired invitation records are cleaned 30 days after expiry; security audit entries are kept 180 days. Providers' operational backups may have a separate retention period. You can export your data or delete your account in Settings → “My data”. Deleting your account removes the account, relationships and records from the active database; it does not cancel your App Store subscription.
Account recovery is only possible with a recovery key you previously created and saved. The app is not an emergency or medical response service, and notification delivery is not guaranteed.
