A daily “I'm OK” check-in — let your family hear from you with one tap.

How it works

  1. Enter your name — your account is created for this device (no phone number, email or SMS needed).
  2. Add your relative with an invitation link, QR or code.
  3. Send your “I'm OK” update with one daily tap.
  4. Relatives you allow see your update in the app.

Account and sign-in

You create your account by entering only your name; there is no phone, email or SMS sign-in. Your name and account ID are not credentials. You can return to the same account, history and relationships on a new device only with a recovery key you previously created in Settings and saved somewhere safe. Recovery replaces the old key and signs out other sessions. Without a saved key, losing your device or session means a new account and fresh family approval. Restoring Apple purchases restores your subscription entitlement, not your app account or history.

Daily routine

Checking in requires a conscious “I'm OK” tap; confirmation appears only after the server records it, and an internet connection is required. Reminders are personal and depend on your notification permission. Schedules use the account time zone saved when the account was created; the account time zone does not silently follow travel. Schedule edits apply the next day; pausing today resumes the routine the next day.

Connections and invitations

You invite relatives with a link, QR or 12-character code. Invitations are single-use and valid for 48 hours. Sharing starts only after the person whose updates are shared approves it. At most 10 people can follow one person's updates. There is no location or health tracking, and the app never checks in on your behalf.

Premium

Personal check-ins, reminders and the widget are free. Inviting relatives and viewing family status and history require Premium. The price and any eligible trial are shown by the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store; deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.

If no update arrives

Check your relative's internet connection and notification permission, pull to refresh or retry, and call them on the phone if appropriate. Notifications can be delayed or unseen; the app does not guarantee delivery or verify safety. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
